There has been a significant increase in money theft, allied with damage to shop premises, as a result of thieves ramming into buildings incorporating ATM cash machines.
The ATM machines are protected by means of a high performance bollard which are specially developed consisting of three concentric tubes of solid steel which provide great strength and will withstand the impact from most road-going vehicles. The total thickness is 15mm and products have a 500mm steel root which is embedded into the ground.
